The tri axle low bed semi trailer is built to transport excavators, loaders and other heavy machinery. It suits construction, mining and heavy hauling fleets.
This low bed semi trailer offers a max payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T. Buyers can also request a custom rating. It uses three axles in 13/16 ton ratings. The deck length comes in 11500mm, 12500mm or 13000mm, with a width of 3000mm and height of 1750mm. Custom sizes are available.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel and integrated welding craft. It resists compression, bending and impact. Key stress areas are reinforced to prevent permanent distortion. A full anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. This extends service life and lowers maintenance costs.
The loading ramp has thick solid steel plates and high-toughness buffer springs. These spread heavy pressure evenly during loading and unloading. The anti-slip surface prevents machinery from sliding. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
A standard relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. It reduces brake lag and shortens braking distance under full, half and empty loads. Two suspension options are available: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs handle large loads on rough roads. Airbags buffer road bumps to protect cargo.
