This 4 axle lowbed semi trailer is a heavy-duty semi-trailer built to transport excavators, loaders, bulldozers and other heavy machinery.
The trailer supports a maximum payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T, or as requested. Deck length options are 11500mm, 12500mm or 13000mm, with a width of 3000mm and height of 1750mm. Sizes are fully customizable to match your hauling equipment. Four axles at 13/16 ton and a standard 28 ton landing gear support the load.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Reinforced stress areas resist compression, bending and impact under frequent loading. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The ramp uses thick solid steel plates with an anti-slip surface and high-toughness buffer springs. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
A relay valve air brake system delivers fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. It reduces brake lag and sliding under full, half and empty loads. Pressure monitoring parts suit highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Choose heavy-duty mechanical suspension for mining roads or air suspension to cushion road bumps.
