The low bed semi trailer is a heavy equipment transport semi trailer built to move excavators, loaders, bulldozers and large cargo. It is also known as a lowboy trailer or low loader trailer.
This low bed semi trailer offers a max payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T, or as buyer requests. Deck length options are 11500mm, 12500mm and 13000mm, with a width of 3000mm and height of 1750mm. Sizes are customizable. Axle options include 13 ton and 16 ton configurations.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding craft. This delivers strong compression, bending and impact resistance. Key stress areas are reinforced for long-term heavy transport without permanent distortion. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog, extending service life and lowering maintenance costs.
The loading ramp uses reinforced spring design with thick solid steel plates. High-toughness buffer springs disperse heavy pressure evenly during loading and unloading. The anti-slip surface prevents machinery sliding. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners strengthen overall stability. It resists deformation and fatigue after frequent heavy equipment access.
A standard relay valve air brake system provides fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. It reduces brake lag and vehicle sliding during emergency stops. Pressure monitoring parts support highways, mountain roads and rough construction sites. Two suspension options are available: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and shock-absorbing air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs bear large loads with low failure rate. Airbags buffer road bumps to protect cargo.
