This 60 ton lowbed semi trailer is built for moving heavy construction machinery over long distances. It handles excavators, loaders and bulldozers with steady support.
The lowbed semi trailer offers a max payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T to buyer's request. Deck sizes run 11500, 12500 or 13000 x 3000 x 1750mm, and full size customization is available. It uses 13/16 ton axles and a standard 28 ton landing gear.
The chassis is of high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending and impact. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The spring ramp uses thick solid steel plates with an anti-slip surface. High-toughness buffer springs spread heavy pressure evenly during loading.
A relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. Pressure monitoring parts suit highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Two suspension options are available: heavy-duty mechanical suspension for rough mining roads, or air suspension to buffer road bumps and protect cargo.
The platform layout adapts to different equipment sizes. This maximizes loading space for varied hauling goods. It suits construction, mining and general heavy haulage fleets.
