This low bed semi trailer is built to transport excavators, loaders, bulldozers and other heavy machinery. It suits construction, mining and heavy haulage fleets.
Payload options are 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T, or as requested. The trailer runs on three axles in 13/16 ton ratings with a standard 28 ton landing gear. Deck sizes are 11500, 12500 or 13000 x 3000 x 1750mm, or customizable. Tire options include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced against compression, bending and impact. A full anti-rust coating resists rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp has an anti-slip surface, high-toughness buffer springs and thickened hinges. This low bed semi trailer resists deformation after frequent heavy equipment access.
The relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. It reduces brake lag and sliding during emergency stops under full, half and empty loads. Pressure monitoring parts are fitted. Two suspension choices are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and shock-absorbing air suspension.
