This lowbed semi trailer is built to transport excavators, loaders and bulldozers over highways, mountain roads and rough construction sites.
The trailer supports a max payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T, or a buyer's request. It runs on three axles, with 13/16 ton axle options and a standard 28 ton rating. Deck sizes measure 11500, 12500 or 13000 x 3000 x 1750mm, and full size customization is available.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding craft. It resists compression, bending and impact. Key stress areas are reinforced against permanent distortion. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp uses thick solid steel plates and buffer springs to spread heavy pressure evenly. Its anti-slip surface stops machinery from sliding during loading.
A relay valve air brake system delivers fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. Pressure monitoring parts support full, half and empty loads. Two suspension options are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension for rough mining roads, and shock-absorbing air suspension for smoother cargo protection.
Flexible platform layouts match different equipment sizes and maximize loading space. Clients can tailor each lowbed semi trailer to their regular hauling goods.
