A low bed semi trailer is a heavy equipment transport trailer built to move excavators, loaders, bulldozers and oversized cargo. It suits construction, mining and infrastructure hauling.
Payload options range from 60T to 150T, or to buyer's request. Overall length is 11500, 12500 or 13000mm, with a 3000mm width and 1750mm height. Axle ratings of 13 ton and 16 ton are available. The king pin comes in 2.0 inch (50mm) and 3.5 inch (90mm) sizes. Tire sizes include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5. The standard landing gear rating is 28 ton.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending and impact. Anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp with solid steel plates has an anti-slip surface to prevent machinery sliding during loading.
A relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking across all axles. It reduces brake lag and shortens stopping distance. Pressure monitoring parts support highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Two suspension options are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and shock-absorbing air suspension.
