This low bed semi trailer is built to move heavy construction machinery such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers. It suits long-haul and job site transport.
The trailer runs on 3 axles with a max payload of 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T. Deck sizes are 11500mm, 12500mm or 13000mm long and 3000mm wide. Tire options include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5. Custom sizes are available on request.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Reinforced stress areas resist compression, bending and impact. A full anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp has a thick steel plate and anti-slip surface. This keeps machinery stable during loading and unloading.
A relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking across all axles. It reduces brake lag and shortens stopping distance under full, half and empty loads. Two suspension options are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs suit rough mining roads. Airbags buffer road bumps to protect cargo.
