The 50 ton low bed semi trailer is a gooseneck trailer built for heavy equipment and construction transport.
It carries a rated load of 50 tons on a 3 axle configuration. The platform measures 11500, 12500 or 13000 mm long by 3000 mm wide. Custom sizes are available on request. Higher payload ratings of 60T, 80T, 100T and 150T can also be supplied.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending and impact. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The spring ramp uses thick solid steel plates and buffer springs to spread pressure during loading. An anti-slip surface keeps machinery from sliding. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
A relay valve air brake system delivers fast air response and balanced braking across all axles. It reduces brake lag and sliding during emergency stops. Pressure monitoring parts suit highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Two suspension choices are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs handle large loads on rough mining roads. Air suspension buffers road bumps to protect cargo.
