This 3 axle lowbed semi trailer is a heavy-duty semi-trailer built to transport excavators, loaders and bulldozers. It suits construction, mining and heavy machinery hauling.
Payload options reach 60T, 80T, 100T or 150T. The deck measures 11500mm, 12500mm or 13000mm long, with a 3000mm width and 1750mm height. Three axles at 13/16 ton rating handle the load. The kingpin comes in 2.0 inch (50mm) or 3.5 inch (90mm) sizes.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced against compression, bending and impact. A full anti-rust coating resists rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp has thick solid steel plates and an anti-slip surface. High-toughness buffer springs spread pressure evenly during loading.
The air brake system uses a relay valve for fast response and balanced braking across all axles. Pressure monitoring parts support highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Choose heavy-duty mechanical suspension for mining roads or air suspension for smoother hauling. Both options balance wheel ground force.
