The 150 ton lowbed trailer is a semi-trailer built for hauling heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders and bulldozers. It suits construction, mining and heavy haul transport.
Payload options are 60T, 80T, 100T and 150T, or built to buyer request. Deck sizes are 11500mm, 12500mm or 13000mm long by 3000mm wide by 1750mm high, and fully customizable. Axle choices include 13 ton and 16 ton ratings, with two, three or more axles available.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending and impact. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The spring ramp has thick solid steel plates and anti-slip surface. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
A relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking on all axles. It reduces brake lag and sliding during emergency stops. Pressure monitoring parts support full, half and empty loads. Choose heavy-duty mechanical suspension for rough mining roads, or air suspension to buffer road bumps and protect cargo.
