This telescopic hydraulic ylinder for dump truck is a single acting, multi stage unit built for under trailer or truck body mounting. It lifts and tips heavy loads on dump trucks, dump trailers, and engineering vehicles.
The ylinder omes in , and E models. Stroke options include 2500mm, 2000mm, 1500mm, 1200mm, 1000mm, 850mm, and 700mm. ustom sizes are available. Shaft diameters range from 30mm to 105mm, with 105mm, 90mm, 75mm, 60mm, 45mm, and 30mm as standard options. Stage ounts of 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 are offered.
The body uses high grade ductile iron and hromed E355 high quality steel. Bore sizes run from 35MM to 150MM. Working pressure reaches 2500PSI (21MPa). The ylinder operates from -20oC to 80oC. Surface roughness is Ra0.4-0.8 micron for smooth, low friction travel.
