This telescopic hydraulic ylinder for tipper is a single acting ylinder built for dump trucks, dump trailers and engineering vehicles. It raises and holds heavy loads through hydraulic power.
Stage options include 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 stage versions. Maximum stroke options are 850mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 2000mm and 2500mm, plus ustomized lengths. Shaft diameters range from 30mm to 105mm, with ustomized sizes available. Model numbers are and E. Working pressure reaches 2500PSI (21MPa). The operating temperature range is -20 to 80 degrees elsius. Each unit ighs 38kg. Standard and nonstandard options are both offered.
The body is steel with a plunger ylinder structure. It uses high grade ductile iron and hromed E355 high quality steel. Surface roughness is Ra0.4-0.8 micron for smooth, reliable sealing.
These ylinders suit dump trucks, dump trailers and engineering vehicles. OEM, ODM and sample orders are accepted. A machinery test report and video outgoing-inspection are provided. Each unit is inspected before shipment, and a 1 year warranty applies.
