A detachable gooseneck lowbed semi trailer is built to move heavy construction machinery on highways and job sites. It carries excavators, loaders and bulldozers on a low, stable platform.
Payload options range from 60T to 80T, 100T and 150T, or buyer's request. Deck sizes cover 11500mm, 12500mm and 13000mm lengths, 3000mm width and 1750mm height. Axle ratings are 13 ton or 16 ton. King pin options are 2.0 inch (50mm) or 3.5 inch (90mm).
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced for heavy transport without permanent distortion. Anti-rust coating resists rain, mud and salt fog.
The loading ramp has a fully reinforced spring ramp and thick solid steel plates. High-toughness buffer springs spread pressure evenly during loading. An anti-slip surface stops machinery sliding. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
Braking uses a standard relay valve air brake system with pressure monitoring parts. Two suspension choices are offered: heavy-duty mechanical suspension and shock-absorbing air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs suit rough mining roads. Airbags buffer road bumps to protect cargo.
