This 4 axle low bed semi trailer is built to transport excavators, loaders, and bulldozers over long distances.
The trailer handles payloads of 60T, 80T, 100T, or 150T, or a buyer's request. Overall size options are 11500, 12500, or 13000 x 3000 x 1750mm, or fully customizable. It runs on four axles rated at 13/16 ton, with a standard 28-ton landing gear and a 2.0 inch (50mm) or 3.5 inch (90mm) king pin.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending, and impact. A complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud, and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp has a high-toughness buffer spring and anti-slip surface. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability during frequent loading.
The relay valve air brake system gives fast air response and balanced braking across all axles, with pressure monitoring parts. Two suspension choices are available: heavy-duty mechanical suspension for rough mining roads, or shock-absorbing air suspension to buffer bumps and protect cargo. Tires come in 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5, or 385/65R22.5.
