The 60ton lowbed semi trailer is a heavy-duty low bed truck trailer built for moving oversized machinery. It handles excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes and rail vehicles.
Payload options range from 60T to 150T, with 4 or 5 axle configurations. Overall size is 11500/12500/13000 x 3000 x 1750mm, or customizable to your needs. Tare weight runs from 8000kg to 12800kg, and the 13/16 ton axles carry a steady load.
The main beam uses Q690 steel for high bending strength. Side beams are 16mm to 25mm high-strength bent plate. The 3mm to 5mm chequered platform has welded anti-slip ribs that keep cargo from sliding.
Mechanical or air suspension can be specified. The braking system includes a relay valve, spring brake chambers and two 45L air tanks. King pin options are 2.0 inch or 3.5 inch bolted type. The ladder is manual or hydraulic, and two spare tire carriers are fitted. ABS is optional.
