The 4 axle lowbed semi trailer transports heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes and rail vehicles.
Max payload ranges from 60T to 150T, or as buyer's request. Each axle is rated 13T to 16T. The trailer measures 11500/12500/13000 x 3000 x 1750 mm, and dimensions are customizable. Tare weight is 8000 kg to 12800 kg.
The main beam is Q690 steel. Side beams use 16 mm to 25 mm high-strength bent plate. The low bed platform uses 3 mm to 5 mm chequered plate with welded anti-slip ribs.
The braking system includes six relay valves, spring brake chambers and two 45L air tanks. Suspension is mechanical or air type. The king pin is 2.0 inch (50 mm) or 3.5 inch (90 mm), bolted type. ABS is optional. A manual or hydraulic ladder is available. Two spare tire carriers are fitted.
Leaf springs come in 90 mm x 13 mm x 10 layers or 100 mm x 12 mm x 12 layers. Rim options include 9.0*22.5, 8.0-20 and 8.5-20. Tire sizes include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5.
