This 3 axle lowbed semi trailer is engineered for excavator transport and other heavy machinery hauling.
Payload options cover 60T, 80T, 100T and 150T, or a buyer-specified rating. Deck dimensions run 11500, 12500 or 13000 x 3000 x 1750 mm and can be customized. Three axles rated at 13 or 16 ton carry the load steadily.
The chassis uses high-tensile steel with integrated welding. Key stress areas are reinforced to resist compression, bending and impact. The fully reinforced spring ramp uses thick solid steel plates and buffer springs. An anti-slip surface prevents machinery sliding during loading. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability. It resists deformation and fatigue after frequent heavy equipment access. Complete anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog.
Suspension is offered as heavy-duty mechanical leaf spring or shock-absorbing air suspension. Mechanical leaf springs bear large loads with a low failure rate. Airbags buffer road bumps to protect cargo. Both designs balance wheel ground force for smoother steering, reversing and climbing. A standard relay valve air brake system delivers fast air response and balanced braking across all axles. Pressure monitoring parts support highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Kingpin sizes of 2.0 inch (50 mm) and 3.5 inch (90 mm) are available. Tire sizes include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 and 385/65R22.5.
