This 60 ton low bed semi trailer is built for excavator transport and heavy construction machinery hauling. It handles rated loads of 60 tons, with 80T, 100T and 150T options available on request.
The platform measures 11500, 12500 or 13000 mm long by 3000 mm wide, and can be customized to your cargo. Axle options include 13 ton and 16 ton configurations, matched to 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5 or 385/65R22.5 tires. A standard 28 ton landing gear supports stable coupling during loading.
The chassis uses high strength steel with integrated welding. Reinforced stress areas resist compression, bending and impact under frequent heavy loads. A full anti-rust coating blocks rain, mud and salt fog. The reinforced spring ramp and anti-slip surface keep machinery steady during loading and unloading. Thickened hinges and anti-loose fasteners add stability.
A relay valve air brake system delivers fast air response and balanced braking across all axles. Pressure monitoring parts support full, half and empty loads on highways, mountain roads and rough sites. Choose heavy-duty mechanical suspension for mining roads, or air suspension to cushion road bumps and protect cargo.
