The 3 axle lowbed semi trailer for excavator transport is a heavy-duty unit built for moving construction machinery and oversized loads. It carries excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
Payload options range from 60T to 150T, or as requested. The deck measures 11500mm, 12500mm, or 13000mm long and 3000mm wide, with a 1750mm platform height. Three 13/16 ton axles carry the load. Rim sizes include 9.0*22.5, 8.0-20, and 8.5-20. Tire options include 12R22.5, 315/80R22.5, and 385/65R22.5.
The main beam uses Q690 steel, and the side beam is bent from 16mm to 25mm high-strength plate. The platform is 3mm to 5mm chequered plate with welded anti-slip ribs. A 2.0 inch or 3.5 inch bolted king pin connects to the tractor. Mechanical or air suspension is available, with a six relay valve braking system and two 45L air tanks. Two spare tire carriers are fitted, and ABS is optional. The finish uses one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of final paint.
This lowbed semi trailer for excavator hauling also moves mining machinery, rail vehicles, and forestry equipment. The low centre of gravity improves stability and clearance under overhead obstacles. A manual or hydraulic ladder supports loading, and a 28 ton landing gear supports the trailer when uncoupled.
