The 100 ton lowbed semi trailer is a low bed semi truck trailer built for heavy machinery transport. It is also known as a lowboy or low loader trailer. It carries excavators, bulldozers, loaders, pavers, cranes, and rail vehicles.
Max payload options are 60T, 80T, 100T, and 150T, or built to buyer request. Dimensions are 11500/12500/13000 x 3000 x 1750 mm and can be customized. Axle choices include 13/16 ton axles across 3, 4, or 5 axle layouts. The king pin is 2.0 inch (50 mm) or 3.5 inch (90 mm), bolted type.
The main beam is Q690 steel. The side beam uses 16-25 mm high-strength bent plate. The low bed platform is 3-5 mm chequered plate with welded anti-slip ribs. The gooseneck has reinforcement bars for extra load capacity. A manual or hydraulic ladder is available.
Suspension options are mechanical or air suspension. Leaf springs are 90 mm x 13 mm x 10 layer or 100 mm x 12 mm x 12 layer. The braking system uses a relay valve, spring brake chambers, and two 45L air tanks. ABS is optional. Two spare tire carriers are fitted. Tire options include 12R22.5 and 315/80R22.5.
