This heavy duty truck air brake hamber is a double air spring brake hamber for trailer and truck brake systems. It onverts ompressed air pressure into mechanical force to activate the brake.
The hamber is available in T30/30 and T24/24 models. It is a new part for replace and repair use, with OEM service provided. Max payload is 13 ton. The unit is manufactured in hina and supplied in standard size. It suits trailer axles and trailer parts applications.
The body is steel with a painted finish. Inside, the hamber uses a diaphragm, support plate, return spring, push rod and lamp assembly. When air enters through the inlet, the diaphragm deforms and pushes the rod. This drives the brake adjusting arm and turns the brake am. The brake shoe then presses against the drum to produce braking force. The steel housing and painted surface help resist ar in daily heavy duty operation.
