The tri axle U type dump semi trailer is heavy duty equipment built for hauling sand, stone, and bulk cargo in construction and mining operations. It handles long-distance transport and efficient rear unloading of heavy loads.
This dump semi trailer carries a maximum payload of over 30000 kg. It runs on three axles with mechanical or air suspension. The overall size is 11280 x 2495 x 3970 mm, with customization available. Tire options include 11.00R20, 12R22.5, 315, and 385 sizes. The king pin comes in 2.0 inch (50 mm) or 3.5 inch (90 mm). A dual line braking system is fitted as standard.
The body uses full thickness special steel for stronger load-bearing capacity. The U type design supports heavy bulk material. A post-mounted multi-stage hydraulic lifting cylinder with explosion-proof piping delivers smooth lifting and a large lifting angle. It quickly discharges large stone blocks and wet soil with a low failure rate. An electrically retractable rain shelter keeps cargo sealed and dust controlled.
The rear tipping trailer suits engineering sites, mining areas, and sand and stone yards. An integrated LED combination tail light provides clear braking and reflective signals for night driving. The braking system stays responsive under heavy loads.
