This flatbed semi trailer is built for logistics transport of shipping containers, industrial equipment, steel cargo and general road freight.
The trailer handles a maximum payload above 30000 kg. It is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 axle configurations. The standard deck measures 12500 x 2500 x 1500 mm, with customization offered. Standard capacity is 28 ton, and tires are 12R22.5 or customized.
The deck is constructed from high-grade solid steel with precise machining and full anti-corrosion treatment. This gives the structure strong rigidity against scratch, collision and fatigue damage from daily loading and unloading. An optimized layout disperses vehicle load across the whole frame. This avoids partial deformation caused by uneven cargo placement and improves loading efficiency.
A standard mechanical suspension acts as the buffer between steel deck and axles. It absorbs most vibration from uneven pavement, eases impact on the body and cargo, and lowers spare part wear. Air suspension is also available. The dual line braking system provides a double ety guarantee. If one braking circuit fails, the other completes effective braking independently.
