Steel Tipper Dump Semi-Trailer with Draw Bar | 30T

This Tipper/dump Trailer with Draw bar is a steel dump trailer built for hauling bulk material, equipment, and oversized cargo on demanding roads.

The trailer measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm and carries a payload of 30000 kg. It runs on three 13-ton capacity axles with mechanical suspension and 10-piece leaf springs. Tires are 12R22.5 or 11.00R20, 12 pieces in total, on matching rims. A 28-ton two-speed landing gear supports the unit when unhitched.

The chassis uses a heavy-duty I-beam main beam and a 250 mm I-beam side beam. The floor is 3 mm checked plate for grip and wear resistance. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder is available. Braking is handled by double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. A 2'' or 3.5'' bolt-type king pin is fitted.

The lower cargo platform improves stability on unsound road conditions. Electrical fittings include LED lights, 7-way wiring, and 24V. Painting follows sand blasting to remove rust, then one anticorrosive primer coat and two urethane finish coats, in a color of your choice. Each unit includes one tooling box with a standard trailer tool set.
