The New Mini Flatbed Semi Trailer is a steel semi-trailer built for transporting small cargo, steel products, and equipment.

It offers a payload of 30000KG. The trailer measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. It rides on three axles with 13 ton capacity each. This gives stable support for heavy loads on long hauls.

The main beam is a heavy-duty I beam, and the side beam is a 250mm I beam. The platform uses 3mm checked plate for grip and strength. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder is available. The king pin is a 2 inch or 3.5 inch bolt type. The landing gear is a 28 ton two-speed unit. A tooling box with a standard trailer tool set is included.

The braking system uses a double air chamber, brake valve, and 45L air tanks. ABS is optional. The electrical system runs on 24V with LED lights and a 7-way connection. The trailer is sand blasted to clean rust. It then receives one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of finish urethane paint. Color is available as customer choice.
