Hydraulic Tipper Trailer with Drawbar for Sand Stone

This hydraulic tipper trailer with drawbar is built for construction fleet transport of sand, stone, and bulk materials. It moves heavy loads over rough jobsite roads without relying on a tractor's fifth wheel.

The trailer measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. It carries a 30000KG payload. Three 13-ton capacity axles support the load. The mechanical suspension uses 10-piece leaf springs. Tires come in 12R22.5 or 11.00R20, with 12 units fitted. A 28-ton two-speed landing gear and 2-inch or 3.5-inch bolt-type king pin are standard.

The main beam is heavy-duty I beam. The side beam is 250mm I beam. The platform uses 3mm checked plate for grip and wear resistance. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder is available. The braking system includes a double air chamber, brake valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. LED lights run on 24V with a 7-way connection.

The cargo platform sits lower than comparable models. This improves stability on unsound road conditions. The design suits sand and stone hauling, construction, and general bulk transport.

A tooling box with a standard trailer tool set is included. Painting involves sand blasting to clean rust, one coat of anticorrosive primer, and two coats of finish urethane paint. Color is your choice.
