Full Trailer 30000kg Payload 3 Axle Flatbed Cargo Trailer

This full trailer is a non-motorized freight carrier that supports its entire weight on its own axles. It suits heavy cargo hauling in construction, mining, and machinery logistics.

The trailer offers a payload over 30000kg. It runs on 3 axles, each rated at 13 ton capacity. The flatbed deck measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. It uses a heavy-duty I beam main frame and a 250mm I beam side beam. The 3mm checked plate floor adds grip and strength.

A mechanical suspension with 10 leaf springs supports the load. Air suspension is optional. The trailer fits 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 tires on matching rims, 12 pieces each. Braking comes from double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45L air tanks. ABS is optional. A 28 ton two-speed landing gear and a 2 inch or 3.5 inch bolt-type king pin are fitted. LED lights run on 24V with a 7-way connector.

The lower cargo platform improves stability on unsound roads. This full trailer handles mechanical equipment, large tanks, power plant machinery, and steel products. A tooling box with standard trailer tools is included. Sand blasting removes rust before one primer coat and two finish urethane coats. Color is your choice.
