Full Trailer 3 Axle Side Dump Trailer 30 Ton Payload

This full trailer is a non-motorized freight carrier that supports its entire weight on its own axles. It suits side dump hauling of bulk and oversized cargo.

The trailer carries a payload of 30,000 kg on three axles, each rated at 13 ton capacity. It measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. Twelve tires on twelve rims, in 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 size, carry the load. A 28 ton two-speed landing gear and a 2 inch or 3.5 inch bolt-type king pin are fitted.

The main beam is a heavy-duty I beam, and the side beam is a 250 mm I beam. The platform uses 3 mm checked plate for grip and wear resistance. Mechanical suspension with 10 leaf springs is standard, with air suspension optional. Braking runs through double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45 L air tanks, with ABS optional. LED lights, 7-way 24V wiring, and a mechanical or hydraulic ladder are included. Sand blasting, one anticorrosive primer coat, and two urethane top coats protect the steel.
