This drawbar side wall tipper full trailer is a non-motorized freight carrier built for high-capacity hauling. The full trailer supports its entire weight on its own axles, so it can be towed by a standard hitch without a fifth wheel.
The trailer offers a 30000KG payload and measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. It rides on three 13-ton capacity axles with mechanical suspension and 10-piece leaf springs. Twelve 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 tires and matching rims carry the load. The 28-ton two-speed landing gear supports the trailer when unhitched.
The main beam is a heavy-duty I beam, paired with a 250mm side beam and 3mm checked plate flooring. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder is available. The braking system uses double air chambers, a brake valve and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. LED lights run on 24V with a 7-way connector. The frame is sand blasted to remove rust, then finished with one anticorrosive primer coat and two urethane top coats.
This tipper full trailer suits construction, mining, and heavy machinery logistics. It moves mechanical equipment, large tanks, power plant machinery, and steel products. The lower cargo platform improves stability on unsound roads.
