Container Tipper Semi Trailer Steel 30000kg Payload

This container tipper semi trailer is a steel freight carrier built for hauling containers and heavy goods. It supports its full weight on its own axles.

The trailer offers over 30000kg payload. It runs on three axles, each with 13 ton capacity. The overall size is 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. A 28 ton two speed landing gear supports the unit when uncoupled.

The main beam is heavy duty I beam. The side beam is 250mm I beam, and the deck uses 3mm checked plate. Mechanical suspension with 10 leaf springs is standard, with air suspension optional. Tires are 12R22.5 or 11.00R20, twelve pieces in total, fitted on 9.00-22.5 or 11.00R20 rims. The king pin is 2 or 3.5 inch bolt type. Braking uses double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. Electrical fittings include LED lights, 7 ways, 24V. The frame is sand blasted to clean rust, then coated with one anticorrosive primer and two finish urethane coats. Color is customer choice. A tooling box with a standard trailer tool set is included.

The lower cargo platform suits unsound road conditions and keeps transport stable. This trailer is applicable for mechanical equipment, large objects, highway construction equipment, large tanks, power plant equipment, and all sorts of steel products.
