4 Axle Drawbar Side Dump Trailer 40-100 Ton Capacity

This 4 axle drawbar side dump trailer is a non-motorized full trailer that carries its entire load on its own axles. It suits mining, construction, and heavy equipment transport.

The trailer offers a payload above 30000 kg. It measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. The 4 axle configuration supports heavy loads. Tires are 12R22.5 or 11.00R20, with 12 units fitted. A 28 ton two-speed landing gear and 2 inch or 3.5 inch bolt-type king pin are included.

The main beam is heavy duty I beam. The side beam is 250 mm I beam. The platform uses 3 mm checked plate. Mechanical suspension and 10-piece leaf springs handle rough ground. The cargo platform sits lower than standard units. This improves stability on unsound roads. Braking uses a double air chamber, relay valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional.

The trailer is sand blasted, then coated with one anticorrosive primer and two urethane finish coats. Color is customer choice. A tooling box with a standard trailer tool set is provided. Custom designs are available on request.
