This 4 axle 30 ton dump semi-trailer is a steel post-dump trailer built for mining sand, steel products, and heavy equipment transport.
It carries a 30000KG payload on a 12000x2500x1100 mm platform. The trailer runs on four 13-ton capacity axles with a mechanical suspension and 10-piece leaf springs. It fits 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 tires on matching rims, 12 pieces in total. A 28-ton two-speed landing gear and 2-inch or 3.5-inch bolt-type king pin handle parking and coupling.
The main beam is a heavy-duty I-beam, paired with a 250mm side beam and 3mm checked plate floor. The frame uses Q235B mild alloy steel. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder gives e platform access. The braking system combines a double air chamber, brake valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. LED lights run on 24V through a 7-way connection. Each unit is sand blasted to clean rust, then coated with one anticorrosive primer coat and two urethane finish coats. Color is customer choice.
The lower cargo platform suits unsound road conditions and keeps transport stable. This dump semi-trailer works well for highway construction equipment, large tanks, power plant machinery, and general steel hauling.
