20ft Tandem Axle Flatbed Semi-Trailer, 30T Payload

The 20ft Tandem Axles Flatbed Mobile Trailer is a full steel semi-trailer built for heavy cargo hauling. It moves machinery, steel products, and oversized equipment.

This trailer carries over 30000kg of payload. It measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. The tandem axle setup uses 13-ton capacity axles. Twelve tires on 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 rims support the load. A 28-ton two-speed landing gear keeps the unit stable when unhitched.

The main beam is a heavy-duty I beam, and the side beam is a 250mm I beam. The deck uses 3mm checked plate for grip and wear resistance. A mechanical spring ladder or hydraulic ladder allows e access. The braking system includes double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45L air tanks, with ABS optional. LED lights run on 24V with a 7-way connection. Each unit gets one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of finish urethane paint after sand blasting.

The lower cargo platform suits unsound road conditions. It is applicable for mechanical equipment, large objects, highway construction equipment, large tanks, power plant equipment, and steel products. Mechanical suspension is standard, with air suspension optional.
