20ft Flatbed Draw Bar Full Trailer for Container Transfer

This 20ft flatbed draw bar full trailer is a non-motorized freight carrier built for port container transfer. It supports its entire weight on its own axles.

The trailer measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm and carries a payload of 30000 kg. It rides on three 13-ton capacity axles with 10-piece leaf spring suspension. Twelve 12R22.5 or 11.00R20 tires support the load. Four twist locks secure 20ft containers during transfer.

The main beam is heavy-duty I beam. The side beam is 250 mm I beam. The deck uses 3 mm checked plate for grip and durability. The king pin is 2 inch or 3.5 inch bolt type. A 28-ton two-speed landing gear supports the trailer when unhitched. The braking system includes double air chambers, a brake valve, and 45L air tanks. The electrical system runs on 24V with LED lights and a 7-way connector. Sand blasting removes rust before one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of finish urethane paint.

This full trailer suits port container transfer, mechanical equipment, large tanks, and steel products. The lower cargo platform improves stability on uneven roads. A tooling box with a standard trailer tool set is included.
