2 Axle Drawbar Flatbed Trailer for 15-20 Ton Cargo

This 2 axle drawbar flatbed trailer is a full trailer built for container transport and large equipment cargo. It carries its entire weight on its own axles, so no fifth wheel is required.

The trailer offers a payload range of 15,001-20,000 kg. The platform measures 12000 x 2500 x 1100 mm. It rides on two axles with 13-ton capacity each. The cargo platform sits lower than others, which improves stability on unsound road conditions.

The main beam is heavy-duty I beam, and the side beam is 250 mm I beam. The deck uses 3 mm checked plate. Ten leaf springs and mechanical suspension support the load. A dual line braking system with double air chamber, brake valve, and 45L air tanks provides stopping power. LED lights run on 24V with a 7-way connection. The steel structure is sand blasted to clean rust, then finished with one coat of anticorrosive primer and two coats of urethane paint.
